In April 2007, EurOffice Conseil is launched as limited French Company (S.A.R.L.), based at Espaces Antipolis within the Sophia Antipolis Science and Technology Park, in the south east of France, near Cannes, Monaco and Nice.

Although a small company, EurOffice Conseil is well positioned and very active in several international projects. Its permanent links with major Science Parks, Business Incubators and Business Innovation Centers makes EurOffice Conseil a unique catalyst for networking businesses, science and technology institutions, public and private national institutions and international organizations.

EurOffice Conseil continues to grow its international experience and capacity to develop and coordinate projects in diverse areas of knowledge and in a wide range of geographic regions having recently been contracted for important international projects.

During his quarter century carrier at IBM Europe, since the 1970’s, the founder of EurOffice Conseil develops an extensive set of skills and experiences such as:

• Project management of large multi-national, multi-cultural projects.
• Negotiation with large public or private customers, administrations and institutions
• Human resources management
• Training and presentations to international audiences
• Negotiation with competitors within European and worldwide IT manufacturers associations
• Listening to customers requirements

Since the late 1990’s, based within Sophia Antipolis, the largest Science and Technology Park in Europe, the EurOffice Conseil founder continues to grow his skills and experiences in:

• Launching a web based training system and developing with medical professors the training course material aimed to medical doctors
• Accompanying traditional SME’s in their international development
• Preparing international development plans and related funding requests for SMEs (i.e. COFACE)
• Evaluating EU proposals
• Building and coordinating EU FP5 and FP6 Enterprise & Industry Directorate General proposals in the area of creation and development of innovative firms
• Representing Sophia Antipolis in several EU projects under DG Enterprise & Industry,  DG Education & Culture, DG Trade
• Building and growing a worldwide network of key innovation stakeholders featuring the directors and managers of major individual Science Parks, Business and Innovation Centers, Business Incubators, and major associations of them in Europe, North America, North and South Africa and Asia.
